Mares Leg Cove (NZ)

Stunning rock formation at Mares Leg Cove. I was fortunate to capture it with such interesting clouds and the wet reflective sands.

Cable Bay Beach Sunset

My favorite beach by far on Doubtless Bay (New Zealand). Wonderful tan and gold coarse sand accented with lots of interesting black lava formations, beautiful clouds, and awesome sunsets and sunrises.

Maui Sunset at Makena

A beautiful little-used beach area in the Makena section of Maui. Islands on the horizon are Lanai (R) and Kaho'olawe (L). I love that they could easily be taken for active volcanoes given the sunset colors and clouds.

Ke'e Beach Sunset

Kauai's well-known Ke'e Beach is stunning any time of the day but especially for sunsets. This is where you begin your hike along the Napali coast if you're so inclined.

Sphinx Rock Reflection

This rock is known as Sphinx Rock and is in Mare's Leg Cove. The dark area along the cliff is the Cathedral Cove Arch.
